Presenting a curated collection of exquisite Gadwal sarees originating from the town of Gadwal in Telangana & are known for their intricate weaving techniques. These sarees are woven on a throw shuttle, pit loom and are popular for their contrast border & pallu. The saree body & border are interlocked with a unique 'kuppadam' technique while the pallu is woven by adding an additional contrast warp. The motifs used have religious and historical significance as they are inspired from the Lepakshi temple and palaces of Nizams in Andhra Pradesh. The usage of zari in border, pallu & motifs renders grandeur & richness to these sarees
