Kosala’s aim is to preserve this ancient tradition, and in doing so provide secure livelihoods, promote small enterprises, and protect the indigenous crafts of Chhattisgarh. Led by Hindalco, Kosala as a brand aims to unlock barriers across the Kosa silk value chain, provide access to urban markets, and expand the product portfolio, as well as provide design inputs that bridge the gap between traditional artisans and contemporary consumers. By partnering with industry experts, Kosala aims to build a sustainable supply chain where artisans will work side by side with sector leaders.
