Description :
Bomkai silk saree also known as Sonepuri silk saree is a traditional handwoven saree woven at Sonepur district of Odisha. Yellow and maroon colour yarns are used to weave this saree. Small musical instrument motifs are woven on the checked pattern saree body and rudraksha dobby motifs have been woven on the border. Beautiful thread weave floral designs are woven on the pallu representing the bomkai patterns. This saree comes attached with a blouse piece.
